Simple! Once you place an order, your item is printed just for you – no mass production here. This means each piece is unique, fresh off the press, and created with love (and blocks) for you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all our merch is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is custom-made just for you, which helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable. Got an issue? Reach out and we’ll do everything we can to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That’s 100% on us. If something’s off with your order (like a misprint, defect, or shipping damage), hit us up right away with a photo and your order number—we’ll get it sorted faster than a speed build.

How long will it take to get my merch?

Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but you’ll get tracking info as soon as your order leaves our print lab.
